RETURN POLICY

All products are backed by our 30-day guarantee against defects by the manufacture's warranty.

Return requests must be authorized by VoiceFactor/PCS. ALL returns must be within 30 days from the date of purchase with original receipt or copy of original receipt. All returns must include ALL original packaging, in original condition with all accessories, paperwork and software. Returns must include RMA number provided by VoiceFactor/PCS. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No refunds on software. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
