Dear Bill,

As you may recall, I visited your booth at the recent Southeast Builders Conference. Henry was performing a demonstration of your Package VoiceFactor, which garnered my attention, because I can't type to save my life.

As a sales manager for a major builder in Florida, it has always been a source of frustration for me not knowing how to type properly. People who know me will tell you that I am perhaps the ultimate skeptic; and having purchased two voice-recognition programs in the past 15 years, that fell well below my expectation, I was even more suspect of your product.

Admittedly, Henry's demonstration allayed some of my concerns, but the skepticism in me remained. Finally, I tried the product myself, and believed in the product enough at that point that I purchased your program. I anxiously took the new software back to my hotel room where I loaded it onto my laptop, that evening. After approximately 40 minutes of loading software and following the tutorial, I opened your program and what you are reading is the result of that training session.

At 57 years of age, I thought that I was doomed to depending on others to do my typing for me; however your program has proved that there is alternative, and well worth every penny I spent on it. I am thrilled with your product! I would strongly recommend your product to anyone who has "handicap", when it comes to typing!
